Drive local and image tiers from one validated phase plan. Deploy shared and managed gateway modes with the canonical OpenShift overlays, check the deployed configuration before testing, and import provider profiles per phase. Merge phase JUnit reports into one tier report while preserving cleanup on test, deployment, and signal failures. Document the shared runner and managed-mode workflow. Summary
Add opt-in ODH Tier 3 coverage for HA Gateway failover on OpenShift with external PostgreSQL.
The scenario creates a sandbox and active session through one gateway replica, deletes the replica, and then reconnects through the surviving replica. It verifies that the same workload process remains available and that the workspace data is preserved.
